Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient order process, ensuring that your products are delivered as promptly as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and shipped.
1. Order Processing
Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order with us, we will review the details and confirm your order. The order will be processed based on product availability and quantity. Once confirmed, we will ensure that all logistics are arranged to deliver your order efficiently.
Payment Terms:
For both domestic and international orders, payment must be made upfront. You have the option to:
Pay Full Amount upfront
Pay Partially, with the balance due before shipment
Letter of Credit (LC): For international clients, payment terms may also be settled based on mutually agreed-upon Letters of Credit (LC).
Once the payment is received and confirmed, we will finalize your order and proceed with the necessary arrangements for shipment.
2. Shipping Details
I. Domestic Orders (Within India)
Shipping Time:
The shipping time for domestic orders will vary based on the quantity of the products ordered and their availability. For smaller quantities, the processing and shipping times will typically be shorter. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated shipping time based on the order details.
Shipping Charges:
Customers are required to pay for the shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
Delivery Methods:
The shipment will be handled by our manufacturing partners through their trusted logistics or courier service providers. All deliveries will be tracked, and you will receive tracking details once your shipment is dispatched.
II. International Orders
Shipping Time:
Shipping time for international orders depends on the quantity of the products ordered. For smaller orders, the shipping time will generally be shorter, and we will communicate the estimated time of arrival (ETA) accordingly. For bulk orders, the shipping time may be longer, and we will provide you with an accurate ETA upon confirming your order.
Payment Terms:
As with domestic orders, international clients must make a full advance payment, pay partially, or agree on payment via a Letter of Credit (LC). The payment method will be mutually agreed upon during the order confirmation process.
Shipping Charges:
International shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. Shipping charges will be provided once the order is confirmed, and these costs will be communicated to you.
Customs and Import Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be levied upon the arrival of the goods in their country. These charges are beyond our control and are typically collected by the shipping carrier or customs at the time of delivery.
3. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Domestic Orders:
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of confirmation, as long as the products have not yet been dispatched. After this period, cancellations or modifications may not be possible due to the production and shipping process.
International Orders:
For international orders, cancellations or modifications must be requested before the order is processed and dispatched for shipment. Once the order is in production or shipped, changes will not be possible.
4. Quality Assurance & Returns
I. Quality Assurance
We take pride in the quality of our products. All products go through a strict quality control process before they are shipped. We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure that only the highest quality coir products are delivered to you.
Inspection and Assurance:
Before shipment, the products will be inspected for defects, discrepancies, or damage. We ensure that the products meet our standards of quality and your expectations. However, once the products are dispatched, we are unable to control any handling or damage that may occur during transit.
II. Returns and Refunds
Returns:
We accept returns only if the products are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods if there are any issues. Products that are returned should be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs will be covered by us for defective or damaged items.
Refunds:
If your returned product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund or replace the product, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our error.

Tracking Your Shipment:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment in real-time. Delivery times are estimates, and there may be delays due to external factors such as weather, customs clearance (for international orders), or other unforeseen circumstances.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or additional shipping charges.
Delays:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may vary depending on the location, product availability, and external factors such as weather, strikes, or customs procedures. We will notify you of any significant delays and keep you updated on your order’s status.
